i found the location quite convenient with nearby metro access. multiple restaurants were available just around the corner, very handy. the room was notably clean, which i certainly appreciated. also, the housekeeping service ensured the room stayed fresh during my entire stay.
the coffee pods were an additional charge, and i felt a complimentary pod or two might have been a nice touch.

the location was very convenient near several metro stations and many restaurants were nearby.
My room faced the interior of the hotel. This meant no real outside view and a stuffy atmosphere it felt very claustrophobic since there was no window to fresh air.

I found a comfy bed with soft and hard pillows for each guest, wonderful! the staff were very friendly and helpful every step of the way! the location is ideal. It is close to two metro lines. there were also many cafes and bakeries nearby, so grabbing a quick bite was easy.
On the day of checkout, i left my luggage at the hotel while exploring. when i returned, i wanted to sit in the lobby to finish a cake, but the receptionist was rude! he aggressively told me i couldn't eat there, even though the lobby was empty. This soured my otherwise great experience.

Acceptable Stay , but Some Issues

the location was convenient , near many metro lines. the bed was also quite comfortable , i slept well. the daily service of changing sheets and towels was nice. i appreciated this service.
the receptionist seemed uninterested upon arrival , it felt unwelcoming. we had already paid the invoice , but they still asked for a deposit. the safe in the room was mounted in a way the door could only open halfway. this was inconvenient.
